Very hard to find such a reliable service nowadays that not only deliver on expectations but exceed expectations. From the moment we enquired about a roller shutter through Rolux we couldn’t believe how quick the turnaround was. From our initial enquiry we had a visit within a few days, they sent a quotation over the same day with all the spec to choose from. Within a week we had our new roller shutter installed. The guys that installed it did a fantastic job and left no mess a gave a great demo of how to use it. Thank you to everyone on such a great service. Highly recommended.

Great service from a local family firm
Recommended by a neighbour who had a great experience. The day after my phone enquiry I had a survey visit and emailed quote the same day. Called into showroom in Alsager and had a really friendly/no hard sell meeting with John who explained all the options available. Quoted 2/3 weeks delivery but fitting took place 10 days later. Excellent fitters and great quality door, probably not the cheapest around but well worth the little extra. Thanks!

5 Star Company
I did some shopping around before choosing Rolux for our new garage roller door, which they installed yesterday. I went with them as they are a local manufacturer and the fitters are employed direct. Other people seem to be fitters who buy in doors and I would have doubts about the value of their guarantee. The Rolux fitters were very particular about the installation and the garage door now looks so impressive. Would definitely recommend this family company.

Rolux were very professional and responsive.
From the initial enquiry to completion of the work and even the follow up afterwards was very good.
The change of two garage doors to one large single was completed in a single day and has now allowed us to use the garage to park both cars.

Couldn’t fault the service
Having recently moved into our property the garage door was an up & over affair badly fitting and looking a mess. Called Rollux uk and was surprised that Lewis visited later the same day to survey and advise us on the best selection for a roller garage door. Unbelievably, he said it would be ready to fit within the week, which it was! The fitters were very quick and had fitted the door within a couple of hours. They cleaned the area and took away the old door and left the area spotless. Top marks for the company and really very pleased with the door.

Professional and helpful
I went to Rolux for a very specific colour match to my front door. From initial discussions, to survey, to fitting I found the Rolux team to be professional and knowledgeable. The colour match is perfect and the design is just as I imagined it. The survey was thorough and designing the door with their guy was straightforward. I was able to book a time for fitting at the time of the survey. The door was delivered and fitted exactly when they said they would. The guys on site were polite and tidy in their work and apart from the fact I have a new door you wouldn’t know they had been in garage. Thank you to the whole team.

A truly fantastic product
The whole process from initial expression of interest, site survey, order placement and final installation of our 2-to-1 roller garage door was extremely smooth and only took a matter of a few weeks. The team of three that installed to door pitched up on time, and worked tirelessly until the door was fully functional. They kept the amount of dust and debris to a minimum, and ensured that the area was as neat and tidy as possible. We are absolutely delighted with our new roller garage door and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending Rolux to family and friends.

High Quality Garage Door & Great Service
Presales experience excellent – visited showroom and John was very friendly and kindly took me through all options and the pro’s and con’s of each. Product and installation price was extremely competitive. When I confirmed the order, they were able to book my installation in very quickly (less than a week). The lads that fitted the door were very professional, courteous and clean & efficient workers. They kindly took my old garage door and associated rubbish away with them. The quality of the product is very good and pleased that I selected the slightly better ‘German’ made door. To date (product has been installed c.4 weeks), the door operates perfectly and has made an excellent ‘aesthetic’ addition to my property. Well done Rolux and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. I cannot currently comment on aftersales service as I have not needed to use this to date.

Professional and great quality all round service
What a delight to work with such an efficient company. The service was excellent, very easy and quick. We are delighted with the doors which make such a difference to our property. John was helpful and gave good advice. Two months later we met the most amazing person who helped us find our missing dog. His name was Jay and it he works for Rolux. What a caring and helpful all-round team they have. We would highly recommend them.

Good to deal with such a professional company
From the on site survey, quotation and installation, the whole process was handled in an extremely professional manner and Rolux did a superb job in installing my new electric roller garage door. For me the mark of a good company is how they react when something is wrong. I had a small issue with the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, I reported this to Rolux and they came out the next day and sorted the problem. For those looking for a garage door replacement I have no hesitation in recommending Rolux.

An efficient installation process for a classy result.
The Rolux installation technicians turned up at the scheduled time and proceeded quickly with removal of our old up-and-over garage door. The glass panes broke during removal but this was speedily cleaned up before installation of our chosen Rolux model. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently the process turned out – installation completed in less than 3 hours with everything tidied up and a classy looking new garage door in place. The technicians were pleasant, respectful and helpful throughout the process. Well done Rolux for an excellent job!

This is a first rate company
This is a first rate company they are absolutely trustworthy and their professionalism is outstanding. They were accurate with their start and finishing times, they had our electric roller door completed and up and running in five hours. This included dismantling the old garage door and taking it away. This company definitely do their talking through the quality of their work.

Excellent local company
Everyone we dealt with was friendly helpful and professional and the garage door is excellent. They came to do the survey when they said they would. They telephoned and kept in touch at every stage. They fitted the door quickly and efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. We particularly liked the fact that we could go into the shop to get advice and talk things over. When the door had been installed John then rang us from the shop to check we were happy with everything. We are very pleased and the garage door is excellent.

Garage door conversion
From planning to installation the process has been handled professionally and without any issues. All Rolux staff knew exactly what they were doing, site team arrived early and got the door installed quickly and with very little hassle or mess as the skip was already on site the day before. Rolux converted my double door to a single door garage, which I am very pleased and proud of.
Ben came and took the measurements and later that day I received a quote, which I happily accepted. The quote was very competitive compared to the quotes from other leading companies. Ben and his team arrived on the day as scheduled, replaced the centre pillar with an RSJ, fitted the new sectional door and the electricals too, as well as removing all the debris – very professional. I highly recommend Rolux to you.
